I looked on this site and it says "obsolete" for the 1995 Sportster gas tank. Our mechanic took off all the hoses and reconnected everything and after 48 hours, there is still a gas leak. We were on our way to the river a few weeks ago when we heard a noise coming from the boat we were pulling. Somehow the starter engaged all by itself and the only way to get it to stop was to unhook the battery. I replaced the starter... My seadoo will turn over but will not stay on. Battery is good. Turns without spark plugs in, plugs are dry, engine seem very dry. It started yesterday but stopped after a few seconds. Maybe a fuel line issue? Would draining fuel out and refilling help?
